REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Before returning any item(s), please email email@example.com to let us know why you wish to make the return.
Should you make an error when ordering online, we will be pleased to exchange your product for the intended one. In this case, you are responsible for any postal charges incurred when returning the erroneous item(s) to Benni Rose and also for covering the cost of Benni Rose returning the intended item(s) to be sent to you.
The charge to resend items will vary depending on the size of the order and where it is being sent. You will only be charged for the cost of postage (no packaging or handling fee will be added) and these costs must be agreed, by email, before a return is made.
If an item is damaged whilst in transit to you, or incorrectly sent, Benni Rose will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Incorrectly sent items must be in their original saleable condition.
In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange to be made.
When returning items, please keep your postal receipt until you have confirmation that your parcel has been received by Benni Rose.
Returns will be processed within 7 working days of Benni Rose receiving the item(s )and refunds will be issued through the method used for payment.
